Juan Antonio Sanchez and Alvaro Hernandez, better known as PichiAvo, were brought together by a shared love of visual art and en antipathy to the self-centeredness of graffiti and street art. This summer, they are presenting “In Gods We Trust” at the Unit London in the heart of Soho, which consist in large –scale murals, inspired by the Greek Gods. The Spanish duo managed to create a contrast between classical references and contemporary urban imagery, with all artwork displayed in the basement of the Unit London gallery.
Visionarism got early access to the space to see the artists work and get ready for the opening. (See images below)
