NBA Finals 2016: Lebron James brought the championship to Cleveland.

Two years ago, the Akron, Ohio native, Lebron James left the Miami Heat to return to his hometown team and set out a strong goal to himself: to bring a championship to the land. Finally, on Sunday in Game 7 of the NBA Finals 2016, King James’ Cleveland Cavaliers won the title, defeating the Golden State Warriors 93-89. It was an emotional moment for the team and their city, as this is the first major championship that a Cleveland sport team has won since 1964. After being named Finals MVP (27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists), we can look back at Lebron’s performance and say that it was the biggest game of his career. Congrats to the Cavs on this well deserved victory. (Photo credit: CNN)
