Tattu, Restaurant & Bar (Manchester, UK).

Tattu Manchester is a unique addition to Spinningfields’ growing restaurant and bar scene. Since opening in April 2015 they have made their mark in the city and the brand name is known across the globe.

Tattu makes for a sexy departure from the traditional Chinese restaurant experience but you will have to visit to taste that for yourself.

Owners Adam and Drew Jones say their aim is to deliver classic dishes with subtle modern twists. With breathtaking surroundings and a kitchen team sourced from some of London’s most acclaimed restaurants, Tattu is no doubt the key destination restaurant in Manchester

The stunning split level venue is home to a large bar, perfect for an after work drink or a night full or extravagant cocktails and soulful house played by a rotation of their international dj’s.

Clifton Muil, executive chef at Tattu, said: “Our aim with the menu is to demonstrate the restaurant’s progression and the diversity that can be found within Chinese cuisine, using traditional ingredients as the backbone for some really innovative recipes… The way we have interpreted these flavours and refined these new dishes will provide diners with something really special – we hope to create an experience for each guest that they will savour.”
