Luxury British multi-brand retailer FLANNELS has opened a 18,000 sq.ft flagship boutique and concept space on London’s iconic Oxford Street this week.
The retailer’s 45th location in the UK, the £10m London flagship will introduce a new design concept created by Italian studio pconp in partnership with artist Riccardo Previdi. Inspired by the genre-defying spirit of contemporary fashion and artistic references including Odillon Redon’s paintings, pconp – who have also designed spaces for Gucci, Tom Ford, Fiorucci and Saint Laurent – have created a dynamic and luxurious space perfect for FLANNELS to tell its story and the story of its brands.
Situated on the most iconic shopping street in Europe, the store brings you four floors of men’s and women’s luxury designer clothing and accessories. A mix of runway collections to the latest streetwear drops, the store’s brand portfolio spans the hottest emerging designers and luxury’s biggest names including Balmain, Burberry, Ganni, Gucci, Off-White, Versace and Vetements.
A unique concept floor will have a range of services and experiences with permanent and guest collaborators and concessions, set to include exclusive customised sneakers by The Shoe Surgeon, curated watch edits by Watch Anish including brands such as Panerai, technology by Bang and Olufsen and luxury home accessories.
For the launch, FLANNELS has also be partnered with iconic American-based sneaker store, Flight Club. With locations in New York and LA and a loyal following across the US, Flight Club’s first ever London based retail space will be housed in the FLANNELS flagship.
FLANNELS London Oxford Street will also debut the brand’s innovative Style & Collect service. Style & Collect enables a luxury shopping experience on and offline by marrying the convenience of click & collect, with FLANNELS’ premium shopping environment.
