After a long wait, London shopaholics will finally be able to see the re-opening of the Uniqlo flagship store on Oxford street. The store has been fully refurbished with an access to the rooftop, to allow customers to enjoy the view on one of the busiest streets on London.
To celebrate the re-opening, the Japanese clothing label brought the UK Grime artist Skepta on stage to perform some of his biggest hits…
Skepta has been named a cultural ambassador for Uniqlo. The British emcee (and Drake favourite) was one of six selected to be part of the Japanese brand’s new campaign called This Way To Utopia, which celebrates London’s culture scene. He joins fashion designer Hana Tajima, transgender model Munroe Bergdorf, filmmaker Sean Frank, photographer Cate Underwood, and BBC Radio 1 DJ Benji B.
